Common use cases include creating accounts on social networks, marketplaces, and messaging platforms; maintaining privacy during sign-ups; and bypassing geographic restrictions when registering with services in other countries.

Yes. Our platform supports a wide selection of countries. You can browse available countries, compatible services, and starting prices directly on the home page, even before creating an account.

No. Area codes are assigned automatically from the selected country's available number pool and cannot be specified by the user.

Each virtual number remains active for up to 20 minutes from the moment of purchase. After this period, the number is automatically deactivated for the selected service.

To purchase a virtual number: (1) top up your account balance, (2) select the target service — the application or platform from which you expect to receive the SMS — and (3) select the desired country. Each purchase is tied to a specific service; only SMS messages from that service will be received on the number.

No. Each number is purchased for a specific service and can only receive SMS from that service. A separate number must be purchased for each additional service or account activation.

SMS codes are typically delivered within 30 seconds. In some cases, delivery may take up to 3 minutes due to carrier routing or delays on the destination platform's side.

Yes. If no SMS has been received on the purchased number, you may cancel the order and the full amount will be credited back to your account balance immediately.

If no code is received within the expected timeframe, cancel the current order to recover your balance and request a new number for the same service. Number availability varies in real time, so a different number may deliver the code successfully.

If the SMS was delivered but the code was rejected by the destination platform, you must submit a complete, unedited screen recording of the activation attempt to our support team. The recording must show the code being received, entered, and rejected by the platform. Our team will review the case and, if eligible, issue a credit to your account balance.

If no numbers are available for the selected country and service, try the request again. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes before retrying — number availability fluctuates continuously as orders are placed and released in real time.

Refunds are only available for top-ups made via PIX or through our APP and can be requested within 1 hour after the top-up. To request a refund, contact our support team via email or Telegram.

Contesting a transaction without authorization is considered fraud and a material violation of these Terms. Accounts involved in unauthorized chargebacks may be permanently closed, with the remaining balance confiscated, and subject to any applicable legal actions.

Each server represents a different SMS delivery route with distinct reliability and cost characteristics.

Servers offering greater reliability and a lower risk of blocking generally come at a higher cost. Cheaper servers may carry a higher risk of instability or being blocked by destination platforms.
