This page explains how to request account deletion by email and how to cancel that request within the allowed window.
1. How to request account deletion
Send an email to our support team requesting account deletion, using the same email address used when creating the account. Use the button below to open a pre-filled email.

2. How to cancel a deletion request
You can cancel a deletion request within 30 days. The cancellation must be requested through the same support email.

After deletion is completed, all account data will be permanently erased (including history and related information), and it cannot be undone or recovered.
